General education

The college lessons in full. Latin complete. Letters, Euclid, moral philosophy, American history as history — not a social system, not a teacher-credential program. You enroll yourself. Nobody here is licensed to teach by a state board, and we do not need to be. No certificate at the end.

This is not a degree, not a credential, not “college credit.” It is the work a person does to be generally educated in the American sense: languages, demonstration, the compact, the books. If you want a transcript a bureau will stamp, go to a school that sells one. If you want the education, copy, recite, demonstrate — Lincoln method.

What we will not teach as required

Sociology as a master science. “Social studies” as a replacement for history. Law as whatever a court last claimed. Identity as a curriculum. Teacher-ed units. We are not training you to hold a classroom license. We are training you to read, prove, and write.

Full Latin

Not two terms of tourism. The language until you can read the law’s own tongue and the Founders’ schoolbooks.

Texts are public domain or your purchased grammar. We do not host Wheelock. We host the order. Legal Latin is for the law map, not a charm.

That is a general education. It is the BA catalog without pretending to confer the BA. Law study on this hall assumes you are doing this alongside it, or you will IRAC in a thin language.
