Subject: Park-paid interior tank sanitation — 8 rigs for $599

K-Bar office —

PXD2 RV sanitizes the black and gray tanks inside the RV from the site pedestal. Same class of work as cleaning a toilet — not installing one, not pumping septic.

First-park offer:
• 8 dual-tank sanitations, one weekday, $599 park-paid ($74.88 vs $175 walk-up).
• List it as an amenity or post a guest price and keep the spread.
• After that, bulk is 20 / 30 / 40% off at 3 / 6 / 12 rigs ($140 / $123 / $105).

Need live sewer and water at the pedestal and a site list. Dead pedestal = skip, no bill.
