We clean the tanks inside the RV. Same idea as cleaning a toilet — not plumbing a house.
Black and gray holding tanks sit in the coach. We sanitize them at the site pedestal so the rig does not stink. Nobody needs a contractor ticket to wash a toilet. This is that job, on the tanks. We do not install fixtures, pull permits, or pump septic.

From the pedestal
Live water and sewer on the pad. We work the coach tanks from that hookup. No buried tank, no park plant.
Sanitation, not a trade ticket
We clean tanks. We do not seam, set, or re-plumb a toilet. We do not pump septic. If a fixture is broken, that is a different call.
Posted rates
Local sanitation cleaning. Cash or card at service. Show Low, Lakeside, Pinetop, and parks inside about 25 miles. Priced under the $225–$275 traveling-crew menus.

Pedestal sewer has to work or we do not bill that site. No septic. No clog menu. No fixture install.
What a stop needs
- The RV parked on a pad we can walk around.
- Live sewer at the pedestal.
- Water at the site.
- Inside access if sensors need a look.
We do not dump to the street, a storm drain, or the woods. We do not open or pump a septic tank. This is a sanitation menu, not a plumbing contract and not an ADEQ septic filing.
